Using The Internet To Grow Your Downline.

When you’re involved in marketing on the internet, usually, your profits depend on the number of people you have sold your product and/or business chance to. In order to make profits, you have to make sure people to know about you and your program. This is just the first step. Your end goal would be to get them involved in your business!

But, how do you do that? There are a lot of programs and companies on the internet that promise to expand your contacts. Sometimes they deliver, sometimes they don’t. The Internet is a place where you can easily get overwhelmed with choices. In order to help you put it to good use, I’m writing this article featuring information about exploding your downline using the internet:

1. Downline Builders

When starting an on the internet business with affiliate or multi-level programs that have referral URLs, then it is ideal to get a downline builder. Some downline builder systems will let you maintain and operate your own downline club so people that just signed up will have their own one-of-a-kind referral ID’s and a copy of your business web page. Each replicated page of new recruits can be individualized or personalized.

What’s the advantage? You don’t have to advertise as much, this is especially useful when you’re just starting out and have limited money. Some downline builders have their own auto responder systems, direct downline doubling, page personalization, support and other fancy tools. The new members you’ve recruited will advertise their own web pages by publicizing their replicated pages. However, as with everything, if it’s going to do what it’s supposed to, it is NOT free, and this being the internet, there will be a lot that want to charge you and not deliver. Do your research.

2. Advertise

You’ve to let people know you and your program exist, otherwise, how will they know? If you don’t have much of a budget for marketing, you might want to take into account some of the following. Advertise in e-magazines (known as e-zines) and newsletters, like i am doing now. Of course, you need to post in places that are related to your business or program, otherwise your efforts will be wasted when people have your articles removed for inappropriate content. The key to advertising this way is regular monitoring. Keep track of all the positive and negative responses to your program on all the e-zines you have advertised in. If there are too many negative responses, it remove your post to avoid too much bad press.

Another approach is to include signature files in your emails and messages. Besides being free, the wonderful thing about it is that it can generate more contacts that you ever expected. If you’re regularly posting in a thread or community, more people will notice and visit the link to your business webpage, especially if it is highlighted or has some sort of design.

3. Pay-Per-Click Affiliate Programs

This involves bidding on a keyword or phrase that’ll most likely describe your program. Whenever an interested world wide web user searches this keyword, a link to your website will appear, directing people who want to sign up in your business, to you. This is a very good investment if you know how to use it. Provided you’ve a sufficient budget.

4. Sure Sign-ups

You can pay for guaranteed sign-ups for a minimal amount. This is relatively more costly than advertising, but the signups per dollar are much greater. For example, you can buy 40 sign-ups for $2.75 each. The problem with purchased leads, is you need adequate and regular reinforcement to egg on your new sign-ups to do expand your business more. Also, these sign-ups are only guaranteed to opt in and give their details, not to sign up for your business. YES! even though you paid $2.75 for each of them, you still have to work to get them involved.

Remember, this type of business does not only benefit you, but your recruits as well. It is mutualism at its ideal. They do their ideal to make profits and you also profit from it.
