What say you now? Best to appear cool and self-assured at the same time.

And remember; prospects are not stupid. They are asking the experts to find out what the common person thinks. If you can push your ideas with something behind it, all of them would happily start out with a few hundred, or even thousands worth of money to your promotions. what happens if you don’t? they are smart enough to try and look at your competitors and what they are offering.

While pointing out the merits of a product, Handing out promotional samples is very beneficial. Offering freebies to promote your won products is a concept people are already very familiar. However only a select few do this to advertise affiliate products. Offering free items that promote or give information about your product or service help.

Before you go ahead and add other peoples recommendations to your promotions you need to consider other factors. it is given that you should try and test the product and customer support. How Do I Go About Using Internet Article Marketing?

You know, the web is made of lots of websites. These sites contain tons of content. People usually search for this content with a particular subject in mind. This information is found easily by a search engine. What a search engine does is go out and follow from link to link on the internet. The search engine collect this information and digests it and catalog and index it using the information and the keywords found on each page.

The search engines are able to give you the best information possible by carefully indexing and cataloging what they find by using the information that they discovered when they were crawling the internet. The information that they provide to you has to closely relate to the search term that you used as well as be accurate. When written well, articles are considered a very good source of information.

For websites to keep visitors returning to their websites, a webmaster has to give their visitors accurate, interesting and timely information. This aspect is crucial for someone who maintains a daily blog. If the blogger wants to climb high and remain there in the search results for his given niche, he has to make posts to his blog every day.

As I’m sure you are aware, you need to post everyday to your website, and this can gobble up alot of your valuable time. As a webmaster, you can supplement the content on your site with quality, well-written articles authored by other people. The only requirement is that you leave the author’s resource box intact including keeping the links live if that is how they were when you retrieved the article from the article directory.

Ok, What Is An Article Directory?

An article directory is a website that contains a wealth of articles in one large database. These articles are categorized by topic. Authors can post their articles there. Publishers (such as bloggers, and other webmasters) can find free articles relevant to whatever their website is about. Article directories contain a vast array of information on almost every niche that you could think of, and probably several that you never thought of.

You’ll find specialized article directories which only accept articles whose subject is about certain niches such as computer technology, or skin care. You just need to read the submission rules and each directory to see what is permissible and what is not. Most topics are allowed as long as they don’t promote hate speech or advocate violence.

How Do I Benefit In Return For Submitting My Articles To The Article Directories?

After the last paragraph in the article, there is a place where the author can place their author’s resource box. This resource box usually contains a couple of sentences about the author and another sentence or two with a link embedded pointing the visitor to the blog or website of the author.

Submitting your articles to an article directory has many benefits. You not only get free marketing from it, but you get lots of exposure. You can turn yourself into an expert. It creates a win-win situation for both you and the publishers that get to use your articles.

Research Is Crucial

Like any leg of internet marketing, internet article marketing is not any different. You’ll do some research on the topic area of the articles that you intend to write. This research is very easy to do. Visiting forums and visiting websites which center around your chosen subject will provide you with alot of information from which to write an article of between 250-750 words.

Ok, Now That I’ve Written My Article, What Next?

First thing to do is to post your article on your website or blog. Wait a couple of weeks to a month until your article has been indexed in the search engines. You’ll be able to tell by searching for your article title in quotation marks. After you find it, it’s alright to submit it to the article directories. This is the way to do it in order to minimize chances of any duplicate content penalties.

Wait a month? Are you Serious?

There is a new way right now of writing and submitting your articles to your own website or article directory, as well as about 700+ as of this writing. Each article directory is submitted a unique, well written version of your article. This provides well written , non-duplicate versions of your article eliminating worries of duplicate content. This is called the Unique Article Wizard, and right now it’s so confidential that I can’t tell you about it here. I had to sign an agreement with the creator promising that I would not discuss the methods in detail. Check my resource box for more information.

Creating A Personal Ecommerce Site

June 28, 2008

by Kirt Christensen

I’ve seriously been considering creating my own ecommerce site to tryout some ideas. So I decided to search around for a good shopping cart software review. I found that you there were two types of solutions available: hosted software and licensed software.

Included in the licensed software was software that you purchased/downloaded and then there was also free software. Probably one of the biggest advantages to the licensed software versus the hosted software was the fact that it could be easily customized to fit your specific needs.

The hosted software solutions had many different types of services that they offered which included things like: credit card processing, comprehensive reporting features, live support, and marketing help. These solutions of course are not downloaded to your personal or server, but are hosted on the provider’s site and you normally pay a monthly fee. You would also incur additional charges based on what other features you chose.

So what shopping cart systems get the ideal review? I guess it’s really going to depend on what you yourself feel comfortable with. If you have a lot of personal savvy, the open source free software might be right for you. However, if you prefer not to hassle with getting something up and running yourself, then select the hosted solution.

The most most educated way to go is to just, give it a try, many hosted companies offer 30 day trials and no matter how many reviews you read nothing will give you more information than just trying it out yourself. A free trial, will grant you the opportunity to see if the software can be tailored and customized to meet your needs. You will also be able to test, first hand, the customer support options the software hosting company provides.

Finding software that meets your personal application needs can be a difficult process. The best way to go about it is to research thouroughly. Research alone may not be enough though, you don’t want to rely on the word of others test it out yourself to make sure you know what you will be getting into. Do not rush the decision taking the proper time to figure out what’s right for you and getting the best solution is better than regretting a rash decision in the long run.

Which ever solution you select, remember the most important goal is to give your shopper a delightful, simple timing checking out there buys. Minimilizing confusion is key a shopper should never feel that they would need to go somewhere else because of troubling application. A customer should be able to easily pay for their items, know there shipping options in a clear and concise way, and be able to easily communicate or get in touch with you if the need arrises.

In todays society the internet has become quite a powerful purchasing and shipping tool. Anyone with a tiny knowledge and drive can put together an ecommerce site and reach a customer base so much larger than ever before. Making sure that you’ve right programs and tools in place to make is a successful, pleasurful experience will help solidify success.

Ideal Shopping Cart Software Options

June 27, 2008

by Kirt Christensen

Recencently I have been considering starting my own ecommerce site. In my research I have come across, and gone through many shopping cart software reviews. There seems to be two types of solutions available: hosted software and licensed software.

Included in the licensed software was software that you purchased/downloaded and then there was also free software. Probably one of the biggest advantages to the licensed software versus the hosted software was the fact that it could be easily customized to fit your specific needs.

Hosted software solutions has various different types of services that they offer which may include: credit card processing, comprehensive reporting features, live support, and marketing help. These solutions can not downloaded to your personal or server. They’re hosted on the provider’s website and there’s normally a monthly fee associated with this. Choosing additional features will lead to extra charges or a more expensive monthly bill.

So what shopping cart systems get the ideal review? I guess it’s really going to depend on what you yourself feel comfortable with. If you have a lot of personal savvy, the open source free software might be right for you. However, if you prefer not to hassle with getting something up and running yourself, then select the hosted solution.

I saw that one of the hosted sites offered a 30 day trail. You can read all the reviews you want, but I suggest trying out the software to make sure it is exactly what you want and need. A trial will allow you to see if you’re able to customize things to exactly the way you want it. It will also give you a opportunity to see how the company’s support responds to your needs.

Taking word of mouth, in this huge business decision is not the best route to go. Make sure you spend ample time researching and first hand testing of the software. You do not want to have your website up and running with customers already flooding in just to discover you have made a poor decision on you shopping cart software.

It is important that, whatever you choose, your customer finds the experience of using your shopping cart solution to be simple. You want to make sure that the shopper doesn’t have an excuse to shop somewhere else because they found your site to be too confusing. They need to be able to pay, clearly know their shipping options, and be able to communicate easily with you.

The Internet has become increasing influential in our societies shopping habits. With just a tiny iniative anyone can set up their own ecommerce site and reach an entire world wide audience. Making a smart decison on you website applications, systmes, and programs will help steer you towards much success with your ecommerce site.

What Makes Top Network Marketers Different From the Rest

June 25, 2008

by Rob Pike

What makes top network marketers different from everyone else? This seems like a simple enough question - and yet anyone who has failed at network marketing knows that it isn’t. Anyone who has failed can probably name a person who is raking in hundreds of thousands of dollars each yet with network marketing; additionally, he can probably tell you exactly what that person states he is doing, but for whatever reason, she cannot duplicate his success.

While these top network marketers seem to be doing obvious things and making money with it, everyone else can’t seem to replicate their success. So what’s the difference between everyone else and them?

The major difference between most successful and unsuccessful network marketers is that successful network marketers have gained significant leverage over a long period of time. This leverage then gave them access to a number of other things, including expert help, credibility, and virtually unlimited resources. This often creates a problem that they do not see when they are attempting to train their network: as a credible person in the field with significant resources, they can do a number of things that new network marketers simply can’t.

So rather than looking at what top network marketers are doing differently than everyone else, it might be better to look at what top network marketers did to become “top network marketers.”

In this case, the answer is nearly always simple and the same: to become “top network marketers,” they started out by developing a system that actually worked for them; and then they figured out how other people could duplicate that system relatively well. They then put in the effort to recruit a number of new network marketers; and then had those marketers bring in friends.

In many cases, top network marketers actually begin off by selling products, rather than creating systems for building a network. You might want to consider doing this, too, with whatever product you are selling.

20 Questions to Determine Your Four Ps Of Marketing

June 25, 2008

by Linda P. Morton

Everyone is always trying to find the new strategy that’ll grant them to turn their product from blah into Bam!, but it’s harder than it looks. But you can to produce a product that people want, by answering 20 questions about the four ps of marketing.

This article provides 20 questions. If you take the time to consider them and answer them in as much detail as possible, it will stimulate your business and help you avoid marketing mistakes.

The four ps of marketing are product, package, price and promotion.

Four Ps Of Marketing: 1. Your Product Influences Your Marketing Decisions

The most important thing in your business is the product. Make a product that the customer wants and you will have a successful business. Make something they don’t need and you’ll be out of business fast.

Because it is so important, there are twice as many questions about your product than about the other three ps.

1. Who wants this product?

Will this product satisfy the needs of your target market?

3. Does your product have something that competing products don’t?

4. How does your product compare with buying trends, experiences?

5. Is the market strong enough to warrant producing your product?

6. How much volume of product will it take to meet demands?

7. What’s the likely time frame for the most orders?

8. What’s the amount of product that you need to meet demands?

Now that you know the marketing implications of your product, you need to think about the implications of packaging your product.

Four Ps Of Marketing: 2. Packaging Is The Second Of The Four Ps

Once you know the product, how will you package it to the consumer? There’s a saying that you don’t judge a book by its cover, well people do and when the packaging of a product does not match what the consumer wants, they move on. It’s the 10 second sale, and it has to be done right.

Your packaging contributes to cost. The right package can save you money in distribution and eliminate having to replace damaged products.

So give your package some thought by answering the next four questions.

9. Does your package offer a distinguishing characteristic?

10. Is the package’s size right for the product?

11. Will the package keep your product save during distribution and storage.

12. Is your packaging excessive, requiring increased handling?

Consider your answers about your product and package before you finalize the price for your product.

Four Ps Of Marketing: 3. Consider Your Questions on Product and Package To Choose A Price

You need to be able to price the product right for the customer. Fail in this and the customer may end up not choosing you because the price is too high and they don’t think it is worth it, or it is too low and they think that means the product is affordably made. Ask yourself these questions:

13. Is the price in line with demand?

14. As supply increases, how much does cost per unit decrease?

15. How much does the price decrease with volume changes?

16. What is the most inexpensive price of the product in relation to volume discounts and costs?

Now that you’ve answered the first 16 questions, you can begin thinking about promoting your product.

Four Ps Of Marketing: 4. The Final P Is Promotion

Promoting a product is how you sell it, so it has to be done right or you won’t sell one product and your business will go under.

The remaining four questions will then leverage your marketing strategy and tactics.

17. What percentage of your promotion budget should be advertising, sales, and other promotion tactics?

18. Does the promotion match how you market your other products?

19. Is your promotion strategy and tactics appropriate for your product’s stage in the product life-cycle?

20. Does your promotion match the needs and desires of the target consumer?

Now that you’ve answered the 20 questions, you’ve the information you need to develop your marketing plan.

Four Ps Of Marketing: Conclusion

The Four Ps of Marketing build from answering the 20 questions. Answer all of them before deciding on a product, pricing it, packaging it and selling it.

Your answers establish your marketing budget, generate your marketing strategy and reveal the ideal marketing tactics to jump start your marketing efforts.
